Google asks for twelve testers over fourteen continuous days before a personal developer account can go to production. Both of ours are mid-test right now, which is why neither has a public store listing yet.

If you are in the same position, propose a swap. We install your app, use it properly, and tell you what we find. You do the same with ours.
